Solo Traveler
The hotel was decent for the price, but the hallways and the elevator was small for groups of 4 or more with luggage. Including breakfast was very convenient versus spending money for 3 to 4 meals a day. ...read more

The cleaning staff continued to knock on the door even though I had the do not disturb sign on the door. The maid brought her entire family in the room while cleaning and stole my phone.

Traveling as Couple
Stayed at this hotel for 1 night, it was overall a good stay. Staff was very friendly and even bumped us up to a Jacuzzi suite for free. The room itself was quite small, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Big problem with the room was that there was no wall between the bathroom and the rest of the room. Location is nice, but its not exactly located in the safest neighborhood neither. Overall I was satisfied with the place was fair compared to other places in the area.

I chose this hotel for its price, location near the subway station into Manhattan, and the shuttle service from JFK. The neighborhood is full of fast food places if that is an issue, and there is the Jamaica Medical Center next to the subway station stop, which felt safer at night.
